Paul Wilkins has always been a progressive man, and so, after time on his parents farm in Mid Canterbury and several years working as sales representative for an Ashburton farm machinery company,
he set up and registered Paul Wilkins Tractors Limited.

That was in Timaru 46 years ago. Today the company employs 15 people and provides a wide range of farm machinery products along with Valtra tractors and Krone machinery, but the company is more than just tractors! “I’ve always regretted the company name appears restrictive, but after 46 years our clients seem to appreciate our wider interests in farm machinery, along with our other agencies.” Paul says. Forward thinking has seen the company grow to match market requirements and be a market leader in the region.
